During his time at TMP Worldwide, the largest recruiting agency in the world and parent company of Monster.com, Tom worked as a Group Vice President and was a founding member of TMP Interactive. Tom has also held executive level positions in several technology companies, including RealNetworks and Impressa Interactive.

KEITH DOUGLAS

Keith began his career in sales at the Xerox Corporation. Later, he joined TMP Worldwide/Monster where he played many major roles in sales and marketing. Keith left a successful 15 year career with TMP as Senior VP of Sales at Monster.com in 2001 to pursue his personal goals. Because of his background and education in Aerospace Engineering, he brings a unique and highly structured approach to developing software for the web. Casey has helped bring Information Technology solutions into reality for such clients as Lockheed Martin, Humana, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Wachovia and Colonial Life, just to name a few.
